OTHER FILM FESTIVAL 2007 - Drift is a visual installation dealing with ones cognitive desire to place ones self somewhere in relation to the World. Drifting at times, life can almost feel out of ones control, much like floating along a road or in the interconnected water that makes up the oceans of the World. Drift is an investigation into creating a visceral experience for the audience to represent my vision in these analogies and interests.

'SIGHT BEYOND' BRISBANE FESTIVAL 2008 - Referencing incidental sounds and visual elements held within central Brisbane, 'Sight Beyond' focuses on significant areas around Brisbane’s central area that have changed, evolved or been made redundant over the past few decades. Hall captured sound and vision from these areas that have existed since their inception and combined them with sounds that have only become prominent in recent times and juxtapositioning them with moving image and stills, exploring the textured walls, corners and open spaces that tell many stories about Brisbane, both past and present. Sight Beyond uses modern technologies such as gestural control and new media input to bridge the gap between, art work, audience and performer.
