This mornign was having a great time until I fried (power overload) a really nice piece of audio kit that I had got imported from the USA. Then my new camera arrived, the Canon 7D below so it kind of made up for the disapointment of the morning, THEN went to GOMA to see a film screening/talk by Dan Graham (from NYC) only to then loose my wallet.

The new Camera

Some Images from the new Camera (be sure to click the images to see hi-res)

A big gig last night for AXXONN J joined me to add a nice ‘spooky’ dance element to the set.

Today we just chilled, it was SO nice.

This was a fun show…

This evening I played what is one of my career highlights.

A sold-out show in a Buddhist Temple in Tokyo called Komoyoji Temple with some great artists for NYC label 12K, fortunately my parents and a number of other great friends were in attendance.

To say I’m ‘overwhelmed’ is an understatement.

They really do…

I played at an event bar called M last night, a great surround sound system (custom made) and with some killer visuals completed by a great VJ based here in Tokyo (images and video from that later)

But on the night was a REALLY great performance by Kouhei Harada and Mamie (a contemporary & traditional Japanese performance artist) — the movement, the sound, the tactility was breathe taking.
