For a long time now I’ve always felt the greatest thing about digital audio is the ability to deal with each individual audio sample as an entity, that means the ability to manipulate each single cycle sample of a total of 44100 samples per second, with computer being the only thing fast enough to obtain this level and speed of manipulation. It’s about the only thing that sets digital audio apart from analog audio, IMHO, and why I use computers along side analog hardware.

Right now (if you see previous posts also) I’m getting together a series of Live9/Max6/Gen, Max For Live devices that all have Granulisation as a base them and emulate some classic plugins from the past such a GRM Shuffler etc.
