My first trip abroad and a great new opportunity to reflect on my lifestyle and make changes as I sore fitting, this was Japan for me.
Through the year of 2004 and into 2005 I realised that a lot of things I had been doing in Australia for years were not really me and I had merely adapted to ways that people around me followed, I realised I needed to be stronger within myself if I am to make the most of my life.
